2. If the Company deems it necessary to respond to a request under the preceding paragraph, the Company will promptly carry out the Correction, etc. of the personal information in question.
3. When the Company has made Correction, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or has made a decision not to make Correction, etc., the Company will promptly notify the customer thereof.

ARTICLE 9 (SUSPENSION OF USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION)
1. If an individual requests that their personal information be stopped or erased (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") because it is being handled beyond the scope of the intended use or because it was acquired by illegitimate means, the Company will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.
2. Based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, if it is determined that there is a need to comply with such request, the Company will immediately suspend the use of such personal information or take other necessary measures as a substitute.
3. The Company shall promptly notify the individual in the event that it has suspended the use of personal information or has decided not to suspend the use, etc. of personal information in accordance with the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs.
4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, in cases where suspending the use, etc. of personal information would entail a significant cost or is otherwise difficult to achieve, and it is necessary to protect the individual's rights and interests, the Company shall take alternative measures.

1. The content of this policy may be changed without notice to the customer, except for matters stipulated separately in this policy or required by law.
2. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
